Crunchy Apple & Butterscotch Dippers

A wonderful after school treat for the kids. Children get their fiber from the Sonya Apples and calcium from the dip!
Makes 4 half cup servings

Ingredients:

4 Sonya Apples (rinsed, dried and sliced - leave peel on apples)
The juice from one lemon
1 cup whole or 2% milk
1 3.4oz box of instant butterscotch pudding
1 envelope of whipped topping mix (Dreamwhip)

Directions:

Place sliced apples in a medium size bowl and squeeze lemon on apples. Toss to coat apples with juice. Set aside. In medium bowl of electric mixer add; milk, pudding mix and whipped topping. Whip at high speed for 2 minutes or until dip is thick, creamy and well combined. Spoon butterscotch dip into small custard cups and serve apples on the side for dipping. Store any leftover dip in the refrigerator.
